ENCORE/PREMIERE RULES FOR CAST MEMBERS

                                         Printed Name of  Cast Member
Please make sure you read, understand, and agree to all the information below.  After you have read it, you are required to sign this
form.  This form is a binding contract between the potential cast member and Encore/Premiere for Kids.  If you are under the age of 18,
you need to sign this form along with your parent.  If you are cast in this production, you will receive a copy of this form at the CAST
MEETING.

*  I understand that I am required to attend all rehearsals I am scheduled for and WILL NOT miss any performance.  I have listed all my
conflicts on my AUDITION FORM and I understand that these conflicts will be the
ONLY conflicts I will have during the rehearsal process.

*  I understand that if I have more than 3 conflicts listed on my
AUDITION FORM that I MAY NOT be cast in this production.  However, the
ultimate decision of casting rests on the Director.  Let the Director decide. . .List all conflicts.  You may NOT be needed at all rehearsals.

*  I understand that excessive unruly or abusive behavior, or the use of foul language, illegal drugs or alcohol consumption at rehearsals or
performances is grounds for immediate dismissal from the production without previous written warning.  Encore/Premiere has a
NO
TOLERANCE
attitude towards bullies.

*  The safety and well-being of our casts are priority one.
NO ONE under the age of 18 is allowed to leave the rehearsal room unless they
are accompanied by 2 additional cast members and then they are limited to 5 minutes.
EVERY CAST member must ALWAYS ask the
DIRECTOR or STAGE MANAGER permission to leave the rehearsal room for bathroom breaks, snack machine trips, etc.

*  Every cast member is required to pay a
non-refundable $100.00 cast fee.  The fee is due at the first company meeting.

*  I understand that I must
BE ON TIME to all rehearsals.  ON TIME applies to being dropped off as well as being PICKED UP.  Any parent
more than 10 minutes late will be charged $1.00 for every minute you are late.  Your child will not be allowed to attend future rehearsals
until this fee is paid.

*  I understand that if I am cast in this production, my parent will be required to volunteer their time during the production.

*  I understand that if I am cast in this production, I must be able to participate in the school shows for this production.

*  I also understand that I am required to sell 10 tickets to this production.  Anyone who does not sell their required 10 tickets will be subject
to purchasing whatever tickets they did not sell at the SENIOR CITIZEN discount rate.

*  I understand that if I am cast,
I WILL have to provide footwear, personal undergarments, (if applicable), and stockings.  There are no other
REQUIRED hidden fees or monies expected of my parent or spouse other than those listed above.

*  All cast members must show up to rehearsals
MEMORIZED with ALL their songs and lines that we are working on at that rehearsal.  We
here at Encore/Premiere know how valuable your time is so we rarely schedule more than 18 rehearsals per production.  We work fast.  Any
lines or songs not memorized will be cut from the show or given to other actors.  The Director will let you know at the first rehearsal about
memorization requirements.

*  I understand that my family, friends, parents, relatives, etc., are NOT ALLOWED to hang out in the rehearsal room or the backstage
area of theater once the show is up and running.  This rule is a pet peeve of the Director.  You WILL be removed.   I take the safety of
our kids seriously.

*  I understand that if I (as a parent or legal adult) choose to transport other cast members (i.e., carpooling) Encore/Premiere shall not be
held responsible in the event of an accident.  Carpooling is an agreement expressly made between outside sources and Encore/Premiere
shall not be held liable.

*  A written note must be given to the Director/Producers,
IN ADVANCE, if  someone other than the legal guardian of a cast member is
transporting a child
FROM the rehearsal space.  The child WILL NOT be allowed to leave unless the parent gives express written permission
IN ADVANCE
.

*  I understand that only water bottles with closeable lids are allowed at rehearsals.  No food, candy, or gum are allowed in the rehearsal
room at any time.

By signing below, you have stated that you have read and understand all the rules listed above.
YOU MAY NOT BE CAST IN THIS
PRODUCTION UNLESS THE FORM IS SIGNED BY THE APPROPRIATE PARTIES
.  A copy of this RULES SHEET will be given to you if you
are cast in this production so you may always be aware of what we expect from each other.
